Terms of Service

  • General Provisions 1.1. These Terms govern the use of the CGKIT.PRO service (the Service), which provides subscription-based access to our proprietary AI platform for real-time generation of 3D models and other digital materials. 1.2. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • Registration and Access 2.1. To use the Service, users must create an account. 2.2. Accounts on the PRO, MAX, and FREE plans are for personal use only and may not be shared with second or third parties. 2.3. Accounts on the STUDIO plan are for use by employees of a single studio only. Sharing with third parties is prohibited. 2.4. Access to content generation is provided through a subscription, with conditions specified on the website. 2.5. When purchasing a 1-month subscription, the user receives 30 days of access. When purchasing a 1-year subscription, the user receives 365 days of access. 2.6. We set per-plan limits (hour/day/month) on generations, downloads, concurrent sessions/devices, and request frequency. 2.7. Limits may be adjusted to protect the Service; current limits are shown on the website or in the account.

  • Ownership and Use of Content 3.1. All 3D models and digital assets are generated in real-time by our proprietary artificial intelligence algorithms at the exact moment of your request. All intellectual property rights, ownership, and copyrights to the generated models and materials belong exclusively to CGKIT.PRO. 3.2. Users with an active subscription are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated models in their personal and commercial projects. However, reselling, distributing, or uploading the raw standalone generated models to third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.

  • Payments, Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds 4.1. Payments for subscriptions are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) using the payment methods available at checkout. 4.2. Subscription fees, billing periods, and plan details are displayed on the website and/or during checkout. 4.3. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date (where automatic renewal is offered and enabled at checkout). 4.4. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period. 4.5. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and Paddle applicable buyer terms. Where eligible, refund requests must be submitted within the refund window stated in the Refund Policy.

  • Restrictions and Liability 5.1. While our AI generates original content, CGKIT.PRO is not responsible for any incidental similarities to existing copyrighted works. 5.2. We may suspend or terminate access to an account for violations of these Terms. Any refund request will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and Paddle applicable buyer terms. 5.3. Use of the Service by second or third parties is prohibited. If such activity is detected, access to the account may be restricted or permanently blocked. 5.4. All 3D materials on the platform are exclusively created by our artificial intelligence. We do not host or distribute user-uploaded 3D models. The administration is not responsible for the text prompts or reference images submitted by users for generation. 5.5. Violations of the Fair Use and Anti-Abuse rules (Section 7) may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Any refund request will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and Paddle applicable buyer terms.

  • Changes to the Terms 6.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 6.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Fair Use and Anti-Abuse 7.1. Draining means mass or systematic generation and downloading up to plan limits, using automation/scrapers/bots, sharing credentials, or creating multiple accounts to bypass limits. 7.2. Draining and any attempt to bypass technical controls are prohibited. 7.3. We may apply technical measures such as rate limits, captchas, slowdowns, device/session caps, or temporary blocks. 7.4. If draining is detected, we may suspend or terminate access without prior notice. To appeal, contact support at https://t.me/cgkit_support; restoration is at our discretion after review. 7.5. We may notify you when limits are reached or restrictions are applied (where technically possible).
