Rules

These Rules supplement the CGKIT Terms of Use and establish requirements relating to use of the Service, User Content, accounts and individual CGKIT features.

1. Only Upload Materials You Have the Right to Use

Users may upload images, 3D models, textures, references, logos, designs, photographs and other materials only where they have the right to use such materials and provide them to CGKIT.

By uploading material, the User confirms that:

• they are the author or rights holder;
• or they have obtained the necessary permissions from the relevant rights holder;
• use of the material through CGKIT does not infringe third-party rights.

Users may not knowingly upload material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, design rights, trade secrets, publicity rights, privacy rights or other third-party rights.

2. Public 3D Models

Users may upload their own 3D models and related materials for publication and display on CGKIT.

Rights in Models

Such models:

• remain owned by their authors or relevant rights holders;
• do not become the property of CGKIT merely because they are uploaded;
• may be displayed in catalogs, search results, collections, profiles and other areas of the Service;
• are used by CGKIT under the license described in the Terms of Use.

User Responsibility

The User who uploads a model is responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions.

CGKIT does not conduct mandatory legal rights clearance for every model before publication and cannot guarantee in advance that every item of User Content is free from third-party rights.

If a model contains logos, trademarks, product designs, images of individuals or other protected elements, the User is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights for such use.

3. Showcase and Reference Purpose

Unless expressly stated otherwise, User-uploaded 3D models are displayed on CGKIT for showcase, reference and informational purposes.

Viewing a model, image, render or preview does not by itself transfer:

• copyright or other exclusive rights;
• ownership of the model;
• the right to claim authorship.

Where downloading or a separate license is available for a particular model, the terms expressly shown for that model or feature apply.

4. Reference Materials and AI Studio

By uploading an image, 3D model or other material to AI Studio, the User confirms that they have a lawful basis for using it.

Prohibited Uploads

Users may not upload:

• unlawfully obtained materials;
• third-party confidential information without authorization;
• personal data of third parties without a lawful basis;
• materials whose use clearly infringes third-party rights;
• materials whose distribution is prohibited by law.

CGKIT may use third-party technology providers to perform generations or process files to the extent required to provide the relevant feature.

5. Generated Results

Results produced by artificial intelligence systems may be unpredictable and non-unique.

Identical or similar requests may generate similar results for different Users.

Before commercially using a result, the User is responsible for considering potential third-party rights and restrictions.

CGKIT does not guarantee:

• uniqueness of a result;
• the ability to register exclusive rights in a result;
• copyright protection for a fully AI-generated result in a particular jurisdiction;
• absence of any similarity to existing works, objects or results generated for other Users.

6. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

Prohibited Account Activity

Users may not:

• sell an account;
• transfer an account to unrelated third parties unless expressly permitted by the applicable plan;
• create additional accounts to bypass limits, suspensions or other restrictions;
• access another person's account without authorization;
• use unlawfully obtained payment information;
• impersonate another User or CGKIT representative.

7. Fair Use

CGKIT features and limits are intended for ordinary use of the Service by one User or by a team where team access is included in the applicable plan.

Prohibited Activity

Users may not:

• mass-download materials using automated means;
• automate generations or downloads outside an API expressly authorized by CGKIT;
• use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools for large-scale extraction of data;
• bypass device, session, request, generation or download limits;
• create excessive load on CGKIT infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security measures.

Where anomalous activity is detected, CGKIT may apply technical restrictions, additional verification, rate limits, temporary feature restrictions or account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

CGKIT may not be used for:

• unlawful activities;
• fraud;
• distribution of malicious software;
• unauthorized access to data or systems;
• unlawful use of third-party intellectual property;
• circumvention of payment or technical restrictions;
• other activity that creates material legal or technical risks for CGKIT or third parties.

9. Rights Complaints

If a User or third party believes that material displayed on CGKIT infringes their rights, they may contact:

Information to Include

Where possible, the complaint should include:

• name or company name of the claimant;
• contact details;
• a link to the disputed material;
• identification of the right claimed;
• a description of the alleged infringement;
• documents or other evidence supporting the claim.

Review of Complaints

CGKIT may temporarily restrict access to disputed material during review.

Where sufficient grounds exist, CGKIT may:

• remove the material;
• restrict access to it;
• request evidence of rights from the User who uploaded it;
• take other reasonable action.

Repeated or obvious infringements may result in restriction or termination of access to CGKIT.

10. Changes to These Rules

CGKIT may update these Rules where the Service, applicable law, technology or security requirements change.
