Rules

CGKIT is an AI-powered software platform that allows users to generate and process images and 3D digital assets using text prompts, reference images, and other user inputs.

These Rules are intended to keep the Service lawful, secure, and suitable for all users.

CGKIT is not a marketplace for third-party models and does not enable users or third-party creators to sell digital assets to other users through the platform.

1. Use Only Content You Have the Right to Use

You may only upload, submit, or use content that you have the legal right to provide to CGKIT.

This includes reference images, photographs, artwork, designs, textures, logos, trademarks, characters, 3D materials, and other protected works.

You must not intentionally use CGKIT to infringe:

• copyrights;

• trademarks;

• patents;

• trade secrets;

• privacy rights;

• publicity rights;

• other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

CGKIT may remove content, block generation requests, or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe that intellectual property rights may be violated.

2. No Sale or Distribution of Unauthorized Goods

CGKIT may not be used to create, promote, sell, or distribute counterfeit goods or unauthorized copies of protected products or digital materials.

Users must not use the Service to intentionally reproduce or distribute third-party digital assets without appropriate authorization.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use CGKIT to generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate content that:

• is illegal;

• promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;

• intentionally infringes third-party intellectual property rights;

• constitutes pornography or sexually explicit content intended for sexual gratification;

• depicts or sexualizes minors;

• promotes sexual exploitation;

• facilitates fraud, impersonation, deception, or identity theft;

• promotes unlawful violence or physical harm;

• contains malware or malicious code;

• violates applicable sanctions or export-control laws.

We may restrict additional categories where reasonably necessary to comply with law, payment-provider requirements, infrastructure-provider requirements, or platform safety requirements.

4. Reference Images

Reference-image features are intended to help users guide AI generation.

By submitting a reference image, you represent that:

• you created it;

• you own the necessary rights;

• you have permission or another lawful basis to use it for the requested purpose.

CGKIT does not verify ownership of every reference image before processing.

The user remains responsible for ensuring that their input and intended use are lawful.

5. Generated Results

AI systems are probabilistic.

CGKIT does not guarantee that generated results will:

• perfectly follow every prompt;

• be unique;

• be free from similarities to existing works;

• be suitable for a particular commercial purpose;

• meet a particular technical specification;

• be free from artifacts or generation errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing, selling, manufacturing, distributing, or otherwise using them.

6. No Third-Party Marketplace

CGKIT does not provide a marketplace through which third-party creators sell models or digital assets to CGKIT users.

Payments made to CGKIT are for access to CGKIT's software functionality, generation capacity, subscriptions, and related services.

Users do not receive payments from other CGKIT users through the Service.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must not:

• share authentication credentials in a way that compromises account security;

• access another user's account without authorization;

• bypass technical limits;

• interfere with the operation of the Service;

• exploit vulnerabilities;

• use automated systems to abuse generation capacity or payment systems.

8. Fraud and Payment Abuse

You must not use CGKIT for fraudulent transactions, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful financial activity.

We may request additional information, restrict purchases, suspend access, or cooperate with payment providers and competent authorities where reasonably necessary to prevent or investigate suspected fraud or payment abuse.

9. Automated and High-Volume Use

You may not use scripts, bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access or use CGKIT except through functionality or interfaces expressly made available by CGKIT.

You must not circumvent quotas, generation limits, access controls, rate limits, or technical safeguards.

10. Enforcement

CGKIT may review suspected violations and may take proportionate action, including:

• blocking a prompt, upload, or generation request;

• removing or restricting access to content;

• limiting features or generation capacity;

• suspending or terminating an account;

• refusing or cancelling a transaction where permitted by law;

• reporting unlawful activity to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

We may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, third-party rights, or legal compliance.

11. Reporting Violations

If you believe that content or activity on CGKIT violates these Rules or infringes your rights, contact us and provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue.

12. Changes to These Rules

We may update these Rules when the Service, applicable law, safety requirements, or provider requirements change.
